HIP Advertising moved up to 4 car wrecks for the year. Still only 3 pregnancies. To be fair, the car wreck was a cab hitting another cab in Chicago and due to no fault of the HIP passenger. I guess the cabbies are still upset Chicago didn't get the Olympics.
