Nathalie about windows 7: did someone try his cubase 5 with windows 7? how does it work? it seems steinberg cannot say anything today and we will have to wait several months to have an official answer...i can't stand vista anymore.

Greetings Steinberg world. I'm in need of some assistance. I have Cubase LE 4 and just recently updated to the lastest verison and up until then i was able to open and edit my previous projects that were created using Cubase LE no problem. In short detail, the problem that i am having is no sound is apparent during pla...yback. Sound card checks out fne with other media apps expect for Cubase. It records New Projects fine but I'm in need of full access to my older ones so i can continue my edits for my loyal clients. Can anyone help me resolve this matter???Read More
Sjur Østvold I got cubase le 4 along with my olympus ls10. Installed it last may and it worked ok for a few months. Last week I had to reinstall the software (same computer, still Vista 32, still sp2). and now Cubase won't start. Gets as far as initializing MIDI before I get the message "Cubase LE has stopped working". I tried to reenter the activation code I got, but it won't accept it. So what do I do?

I bought the Cubase 5 for some months ago. But, the last two weeks, I've been rearranging the interior of my studio, and I can simply NOT find my original Steinberg Key that followed the package of the Cubase 5. I've already one Steinberg Key in reserve. Does anybody know how I can get a new license to use the Key? DjFrankie Babie Is there a guide or video tutorial that shows me how to create a song in Beat Designer? I know how to create a 16 bar loop but i cant figure out how to create different parts and have them all play as a song.. PLEAE HELP

I'm thinking about buying anew PC - probably with Windows 7 and i'm currently running Cubase Studio 4. Does anyone know if I'm likely to have any problems with (a) running my program (b) converting my existing files to 64 bit computing.
Currently running XP but I need more processing and RAM to cope with all my VSTs etc.... That's the problem with these big productions numbers!!!!!!!!!!!

Norman Spence Does anyone know where i can find the software to download a licence offline?? I am setting up Cubase LE4 at home. The computer im using does not have internet connection nor do i want it for this PC. The instructions tell me i need Wizard offline to create a pending licence. I understand this but it wasn't provide with my package.
If Sound-Matters Waiting for Wavelab on Mac OSX 10.6 - but I'm patient.
