Stephan Pastis For those of you who have been asking, I just signed one final bunch of books. In each, I drew either Rat, Pig, me, Goat, Zebra, Danny Donkey, Larry, Snuffles or Guard Duck. I'll announce it only here to give you a head start. They're at Barnes and Noble in Santa Rosa, CA and the number is 707-576-7494. But call so...on, because they seem to be going fairly fast.

She told me to click the “heavy load” button and the “normal colors” button and then pull the little knob out. As you might tell from the directions, this task did not lie comfortably in my wheelhouse.

One is at home getting their latte from Starbucks, upset that the best the cable company can do is give them a four-hour window for their appointment. One is standing in 100 degree heat with 130 pounds of gear on their back, 9,000 miles from home, trying not to get killed.

It was third grade and I was in a class for “gifted” students. While most third grade teachers were teaching cursive writing, Ms. Goodwin was teaching us economics.

For those asking, I don't color my daily strips. A company in Buffalo
does it. So today's goof (where Pig's mug changes colors) is not my
goof. Now when the jokes are bad, that's me. Wish I could blame those
on someone else also.

Stephan Pastis I was surprised at the number of people who didn't get today's Marco Polo strip....Is that not a swimming pool game with which everyone is familiar?

Stephan Pastis I just signed a whole bunch of books and drew a character in each of them. For info on getting one:

And that is why I today I went to THIS bookstore and THIS bookstore and signed books, so that you, the fan, can retire comfortably. They will even ship them. And if those bookstores run out, there should still be some at THIS bookstore.
