I would like to say that I am extremely disappointed and upset that you are not supporting the Health Care reform bill. Health care is a right of _all_ American people: and by not supporting the President and his bill, you are not supporting the American people. There are millions of Americans and thousands of South Dakotans who need this health care reform. And as your Democratic constituent, I am confused and honestly concerned that you do not support health care reform.

I understand that you probably realize the need for reform but I hope you voted no on the current bill that just passed. Yes, we need reform but not the kind that has been offered to us so far. If I find that you voted no for today's bill, I will give you my vote. If you voted in favor of this bill, You lost it. Give us the kind of reform that we need without putting our children further in debt!

Hello Stephanie I'm a small business owner and my health insurance is over $300 dollars a month. What can you do or the Gov. do to help reduce this? I think this is just too much. Thank you signed Kraig Kappenman.

I'm extremely disappointed that you voted against health care reform. That is the minimum, the absolute minimum I expect from a Democrat, blue dog or otherwise. Actually, I'm appalled that you did this. Future generations will looks at this vote like we view the passage of Social Security and Medicare--and you will have voted against it. How does this help the middle class? Or those without insurance? Or people who want to become entrepreneurs who are stuck in crap jobs that offer benefits?

I agree. Very sad to learn you will not support this bill. Heathcare should be a public service much like the police and fire departments. We should be looking out for each other in this country and not letting our fellow citizens have to make the choice between good heath or bankruptcy. Please reconsider.

Stephanie Herseth is a traitor to South Dakota. 85,566 uninsured and she is opposing health care reform. SHAME!

I would like to ask you how you feel about the questionaire that is given to our injured and ill veterans asking them if they feel they are a burden on their loved ones, and other leading questions that make them feel they are not worth the care they are being given?

So the VA is OK but a public option is not? SHAME!
