Oh, yeah- using the Leonard Nimoy's screen as a guide- you can speculate that Steve Canyon's "Big Mountain" air Force Base is near the town of Tulare, CA.
As I have been in Tulare, there is a small airport at the Highway with a WW II B-17 Flying Fortress dedicated to those pilots and a F-4 Phantom II dedicated to the Vietnam veterans.
Makes us S.C. fans wonder .......???

Steve Canyon Oscar winner Peter Kuran (worked on Star Wars & FX for many many other top Hollywood features) gave our Steve Canyon DVDs a nice plug. It's on the left side near the bottom...with a nice picture of Volume 1! He's just releasing Trinity & Beyond: The Atomic Bomb Movie on Blu-Ray! Amazing documentary and worth everyone's support!

Steve Canyon Work proceeds on Vol 3. I got an unexpected phone call yesterday from Jules Gary Alexander, Lead guitar and vocalist for the famed 60's group THE ASSOCIATION, who wanted to talk to me about his friend DEAN FREDERICKS. Juls is a nice guy and had a lot of info to share about Dean. More on this to come (and on Vol.3).
John Dacey You have delivered Col. Canyon from the wilderness! Keep up the splendid work and dedication and I know we fans will be watching Volume 3 of "Steve Canyon" before we know it. Besides, I just purchased a cap!
Steve Canyon I've been preoccupied, dealing with some issues ...mostly pertaining to money and such...otherwise things are fine. Just an FYI so our friends here won't worry ;-) . And Dean Frederick's daughter says to say hello!
