Oklahoma Water Resources Research Institute Interesting doin's in Texas concerning Oklahoma water. First, they had a meeting to figure our how to fund their water plan which includes accessing water in southern OK. Then the judge in their federal law suite basically sided with OK and dismissed the case. The Tarrant Regional Water District maintains that he did n...ot dissmiss all of the suite and intend to continue the suite.
