On December 18, from 12 pm – 2 pm, the Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) will host a Medicare Check-Up Event at the Stonewall Community Center in Columbus, OH. The purpose of this event is to assist LGBT Medicare beneficiaries with selecting or changing their Part D plans and health plans. Our s...taff/volunteers will educate you about your options and help with enrollment.
The Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) is a state and federally funded program that seeks to educate, counsel and advocate for Medicare beneficiaries. Additionally, OSHIIP (Ohio Senior Health Insurance Information Program) is a program that exists specifically for Medicare recipients in Ohio, through the Ohio Department of Insurance.
Also, OSHIIP staff/volunteers can answer your questions about any of the matters listed below:
● Medicare Part A & B
● Medicare supplemental insurance
● Medicare Advantage plans (Part C)
● Medicare Part D
● Extra Help with Part D Costs
● Medicare Savings Programs
