Stony Brook University's Academic and Pre-Professional Advising Center
If you have earned at least 108 credits and are planning to earn your degree and graduate in May or August, 2010, then make sure you attend the first annual "So You Think You Can Graduate?" Event on Thursday, December 3rd.
From 10 am to 1 pm and 2 pm to 4 pm, academic advisors will be available on a walk-in basis to re...view your degree progress report and advise you on any general education requirements that still need to be satisfied to successfully graduate in May or August 2010. Note that official clearance for graduation is conducted by the Registrar’s Office.
In order to make this service most productive for you, please do the following prior to December 3:
1. Register for winter and spring classes.
2. Visit with your academic major (and minor department, if applicable) to review major/minor requirements.
Seniors who come for a degree progress report review on December 3 will be entered into a raffle for a free Stony Brook diploma frame!
