Store To Door Come and find out about Store To Door - how it is that we order and deliver groceries to about 1300 homebound seniors a year. You may be interested in volunteering, or hearing more about it for a client referral. Or, if you already work with us, this could be the opportunity to bring a friend who is interested. This is how we get the word out about our service. Help us spread the word.

Store To Door works with caregivers, too. A note from a recent client: " I am using your service due the the fact that my husband needs 24/7 care, which makes it difficult to go to a grocery store on a regular basis. After using your service the first time this week, I find that I won't have to worry about who can stay with him while I grocery shop. I am happy this service is available. "

Store To Door Facebook referred it's first client to Store To Door! Thank you to all that come and look at our Facebook fan page!

If I could afford the $15 I wouldn't have needed your help.
I have a person that will do it for that. I needed hep financialy but am too "young" to be a senior in yur definition of a senior. Some are 55 and some even 50. So in my case it was strictly age. I also have done research and I can get food delivered for less than you but they don't take ... Read MoreEBT over the web or on the phone. So there are other factors when doing your comparisons. Anyway, we don't fit regardless if I agree it's fair or not, so plkease take me off any lists you may with my name on it. Thanks

Store To Door This is the photo that ran with the Star Tribune article last February, "From the Cart, with Heart". [its buried deep in their paid archives now]. It shows our volunteer shoppers going through the check-out process, prior to loading up the groceries to be delivered. When it ran our phone rang off the hook for days. Thanks, Strib.

I can't wait to use Razoo for my personal donations! It tracks them all for you and gives you a summary at the end of the year for taxes! For a gal that is not the best at paperwork at home, this is perfect!

Store To Door Working on the October newsletter. Lead article is our effort to connect with Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) to let caregivers know about our support service. If you think your company would have some interest, give us a holler.

Store To Door Very interesting article that supports our work. From the 90's but don't think that much has changed. http://www.nytimes.com/1992/10/10/us/hidden-malnutrition-worsens-health-of-elderly.html?pagewanted=all#

Dr. Howard Fillit has come up with a low-cost way to fend off, and even reverse, what most people view simply as the inevitable ravages of age: He feeds people.

This is a great article. I wish we could pass along some good nutritional guidelines to our clients.

we do nutrition articles in every newsletter and do pass out some information to clients, but it is fairly low key, I agree.
