This isn't just any hike to the summit. Join us on Saturday October 24th at 8AM for your opportunity to be a part of a national visual petition to the UN.
There will be 3,000 events world wide in honor of the scientific findings of 350.org. 350 stands for the "healthy" atmospheric concentration of CO2. The world curren...tly has a concentration of 390 parts per million.
Photograps will be sent, from around the world, to show the UN that this is important to the people of the world. Photographs of gatherings will be aired in times sqare, in newspapers worldwide, and most importantly will be used as a visual petition to the UN for the Climate Negotiations in Copenhagen in December of 09'
