Teachers in Wisconsin: As a way of saying thank you to our community and all of our local teachers and students who have supported us throughout the last 12 years, StringWorks is announcing an exciting new program that will benefit you, your students, and our local schools. Starting tomorrow, April 23rd, when you or an...y one of your students makes a purchase from StringWorks, a monetary donation will be made to the local school orchestra or orchestra booster program of your choice. With the purchase of a full violin, viola, or cello outfit StringWorks will make a $25 donation, purchase any instrument alone and we will make a $10 donation, and with any bow or case purchase we will make a $5 donation. This can be a great way to bring in some much needed extra money to deserving orchestra and strings programs throughout the area. All that's required is that the buyer provide us with the name of the school and the person or persons that we need to contact so that we know who and where to send the check to. Read More

We had the pleasure of meeting Elena at the ASTA Conference, when she came to our booth to announce she had one of our very FIRST Maestro violins, from 2001! Of course, we convinced her to snap a photo and send it to us, and we're happy she was able to do so. She's t...aken her Maestro to New York, Chicago, Hartford, Connecticut, and abroad in Italy in performances.Read More
