Stroller Strides of the Golden Triangle is gearing up for the Pre-Feast Fitness Fest in the morning. Spinning, Zumba, Kickboxing, Pilates, and Yoga packed into an hour and a half workout at the CAFB fitness center 9 AM. Anyone is welcome to come out and join us...$5 for the non-stroller strides type...oh, and a couple hundred calories!!!

Lisa Druxman, M.A. founded Stroller Strides in 2001 after the birth of her son. She knew there must be a way to blend her passion for fitness with motherhood. A stroller walk is combined with intervals of body toning using exercise tubing, the environment and the stroller.During this 60 minute class, mom achieves a total body workout and baby has fun!
