Stuart Parker congratulates Eric Hoskins on winning St. Paul's, Julian Heller on raising the NDP's vote share yet again and the peopel of St. Paul's for denying the Tories a result over 30%.
Stuart Parker just a reminder to be sure to vote for Julian in the byelection today. We must commend him for getting so far under the Liberals' skin they decided to write anti-Heller brochures instead of anti-Levy ones.
