I taught Helina to surf when she was 11 years old but she didn't really get into it until high school when she got a boyfriend that surfed. After telling my dad about all the great investment opportunities in Nicaragua, he agreed to come down and check it out, and brought my two youngest sisters, Helina and Hayla.
My D...ad doesn't surf so we didnt get a ton of time in the water. Whenever we did get a chance, we had to take advantage of it even if the waves weren't perfect.
