Sunlen Miller Hi All: I'm here at the ABC debate about to begin. Send me your thoughts while you watch Clinton and Obama duke it out!

Sunlen Miller Hey guys: I'm here at the ABC/Facebook debate and online....let's hope it's a good debate!

Sunlen Miller Hi guys: thanks for all the messages and questions. We're just a few days away from the Iowa caucus so we're going full steam ahead. It's been super busy. I'm going to post a few of my most recent articles and hopefully that will answer some of the questions. Obama's been having about 5 events a day and we're getting a...bout 2 hours of sleep a night...it's been great fun though. And it's definitely exciting from a reporters standpoint. What does everyone think of Obama's chances in Iowa?

In Response to Will Slack: Good question. The heat has been turned up on the campaign trail considerably, as Clinton and Obama are going back and forth trading jabs. While Obama's stump speech hasn't changed too much he has been putting in veiled jabs at Clinton. Case in point: just a few minutes ago at Iowa State U he... said: “First of all I would be a really smart kid to be able to write an essay when I was in kindergarten,” Obama responded, in back and forth that seemingly has now become a battle over technicality. The Clinton campaign has accused Obama of harboring long-held plans presidential plans, evidenced by a kindergarten essay from when he lived in Indonesia, saying he wanted to be president.
What do you think of the negativity between Clinton and Obama?

In response to Michael Swiontek: I'm going to turn the question around on you! What do you think of Obama's education plan. He unveiled his education plan on the 20th of November at a school in Manchester, NH. Here are a few of Obama's points, what do you think?
"Reform No Child Left Behind.
Ensure access to high-qualit...y early childhood education programs and child care opportunities so children enter kindergarten ready to learn.
Work to place effective teachers in every classroom in America
Reward effective teachers for taking on challenging assignments and helping children succeed.
Support highly-effective principals and school leaders.
Make science and math education a national priority.
Reduce the high school dropout rate by focusing on proven methods to improve student achievement and enhance graduation and higher education opportunities.
Close the achievement gap and invest in what works.
Empower parents to raise healthy and successful children" - Obama campaign

In response to Sean: Thanks, yesterday was a miserable travel day with the weather in Iowa. I ended up driving 6 hours in a large SUV from Chicago to Des Moines. The roads were very dangerous but we made it to the Black and Borwn forum just fine. Joe Biden made a similar trek but arrived midway into the forum. Even candidates have travel woes!

Sunlen Miller In response to Mark Angel: Senator Obama says that he made a deal with his wife when they discussed the possibility of him running for president. He could run, but the hitch was that he had to give up smoking. So he has quit ever since. We'll see if going cold turkey pays off for him!

Sunlen Miller Response to Sean: What's the most interesting thing that's happened on the trail? Hm, this is a hard one, because it seems that every single day something funny and different happens. Besides some of the predicaments that has come about when navigating around and working with the secret service at Obama's events, I'd s...ay the other most interesting thing is all the travel. The reporters still fly commerically, so we hopskotch across the country at all hours of night trying to get to every event. Usually it involves a complicated plan of flying and driving and very little rest.

Response to Paddy: I have never personally seen Obama play basketball though I've heard he sometimes plays on down days. Obama played basketball in high school joked last month in NH, "I played basketball and I’m skinny but the people I play with will tell you I don’t mind going down low and throwing elbows." He was r...esponding to a question on how he'll survive the attacks by his opponents on the campaign trail.
