I am a researcher at Miami University (in Ohio not Florida) in the department of Family Studies and Social Work. I have been studying quality of life issues among those with post breast cancer lymphedema for the last almost 10 years. In the meantime, I have been studying the impact of breast cancer on survivors, their spouses/partners, and their adult children with a focus on family quality of life. I just began a study that involves intervieiwing the mothers of breast cancer survivors. So, if you are a mom of a women with breast cancer, feel free to drop me a line. In the fall I will be interviewing lesbians with breast cancer and their partners (I am a busy girl). Thus, if that's you, please get in touch with me.
