Mission:	With the rising profile of sport in the lead up to 2012 and the recognition of the social benefits of taking part reducing obesity, increasing well-being, reducing depression, raising self esteem, building team skills (to name just a few!) - there is a need to have broader, countywide strategic direction and planning. The key aim is to increase participation in physical activity across the population by three percent in three years
