Sweet Constructions

Sweet Constructions December was an all-out cookie baking and packing frenzy, with lots of cookie boxes and bags to mail or deliver. Thanks to everyone who ordered cookies, and a special thanks to Karen, Lyndsey, Bobbie, Alan, and Alona for helping us get everything out!

Sweet Constructions

Sweet Constructions We packed up the last of the big orders to ship out. Just a few more smaller orders to go and we will have completed out holiday cookie sales. We want to thank our customers for their orders and our friends for helping bake and pack cookies. Now, we are looking forward to returning to 8 hours of sleep a night.

Sweet Constructions We got to sleep in a bit today after getting up yesterday at 5am to bake cookies for a wedding at the Stanford Faculty Club. The venue looked lovely and the staff there was great. We arranged 600 cookies (ginger drops, chocolate crackles, and sandwich cookies) on four platters for the bride & grooms dessert table.

Thanks, Val!! That would be great. It was fun too. Great little street. Tell your friends about Little Skillet, too. It's a takeout window and they have great fried chicken with a waffle. They also organized the fundraiswer and are donating 15% of all revenue they make this weekend to the Philippines. It's really nice to see a little restaurant with a conscience and also giving the food carts a place to sell.
