Jessica Piscopo I'm going to be in Calgary on Dec. 12. Is there anywhere that I can purchase one? Maybe at the factory? Or is it just online? BTW, great idea! I know my 15-month-old is going to love it! He loves music and buttons, but is so tough on things, two thumbs up!

Maya L Masi Dear Sweetpea, I just want to say thinks. We sent my son's sweetpea back because f a problem that the firmware did not fix. Not only were my emails answered very quickly, but I think we got back the unit in a timly manner. And it works great again. My son was so happy to get it back. Thank you and I STILL tell everybody about it.

Carmela We loved ours, but similar to a below poster, it just froze and stopped working. This was months ago. We'd still love one - is it possible to return it and get another one? Or get the current one repaired?
