MSgt Bill Dugan No to cap and trade

Fred Rice Cap and trade is the biggest Ponzi scheme since Madoff! It's where, instead of turning off the lights in your mansion, you pay someone else to turn off the lights in their bungalow, and you take credit for it so that no one can criticize you. The middle man in the deal (brokers like Al Gore) make the most money of all.... The problem is that nothing is done for the environment since the total light (pollution) output is never reduced.

Jill Bailey VOTE NO to Cap and Trade.. NO NO NO
