Here is a Christmas picture we just received from the family that adopted Jasmine a foster we had a couple of months ago. She was adopted by a family in Ridgefield and as you can see she has plenty of kids to play with. She is the brown shepherd mix in the front. When she came into the shelter she was all skin and bone...s and now she looks very healthy.
They asked me to share this picture with everyone.

Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County Lots of pets finding Homes for the Holidays, including these two little guys who came in separately but became fast friends. Beanie the poodle went home with a sweet older couple (with a stop at the groomers) and Oliver the Dachshund just went home with a doting young woman.

Humane Society for Tacoma and Pierce County Volunteer Janie stuffed a bunch of Kongs with peanut butter and dog biscuits and handed them out to the dogs! The Kongs were part of a large donation drive by the great folks at Weyerhauser who deliver goods to the shelter each year December. Merry Christmas, dogs! (The cats got treats, too, but they refused to work for them!)
Debi Hi there. My sweet dog passed away a week after I bought a 40lb bag of food. So I have a good quantity of dry dog food that I am looking to give to someone/somewhere that needs it. It is the mature dog food from Costco. Meant for dogs 7 years and older. Do you want it? Any suggestions where I can give it?
