Tacoma Farmers Market's Fundraiser-this Next Tuesday Sept 29th. For one of their own- Market vendor Chanetta Ludwig “The Bee Lady” recently lost her husband, Peter in an accident on their family farm. She was a regular at South Sound Farmers Markets.
"Best Fall Soup Bl...ind Tasting and Silent Auction" & all proceeds w...ill go to Chanetta & family. When: Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009
Where: Tacoma Sixth Ave Farmers Market, Pine at 6th Avenue, Tacoma.
Time: 4:00 - 6:00 PM (Market open 3:30pm to 7:30pm)
Who judges the soup: You do
Cost: $10 to judge & taste all soups!
The silent auction will be going on during the event.
Silent auction and winning soup announcements will be made at 6:30 PM.
Purchase your ticket at the event Tuesday, Sept. 29 at the information booth. They will accept cash, check, or credit/debit, & they will also be accepting cash donations for the family.

Phoebe I used to go to Shakabrah Java when I lived in Tacoma. I sure miss it! No one makes espresso like that here in Missouri!
