Daniel wants to know: Are people not booking because you won't allow outside caterers? Is it a budget thing? Because if it's a budget thing you should consider it, but if people want to bring in Lisa DuPar f-you because you want to get their money even if they have less money. :)

I don't want to imply that people aren't booking. I think most people understand what a great caterer we are and our great value too. However, there is a trend toward the DIY wedding due to the economy, so some people just want to rent a room and bring their own food. See Moreve rarely ever had a client ask to bring a different caterer unless it's a personal friend, but mabye those other caterers may want to bring their clients to us?
