Erin As a former USAF Academy cadet, I can honestly say that napping is what got me through a very loooonnnnggg 4 years (that and caffeinated gum but that is for another time and place)! I loved using this book to explain to my roommate why I was in fact ...not being a bum but improving my intellect by taking a routine afte...rnoon nap! Plus, at a college of engineers a class on sleep & circadian rhythms with a special segment dedicated to justifying napping was pretty much reason in and of itself to be envied ;-)
