[gallery] Monday afternoon we headed over to the Big Smoke to watch Milt carry the Olympic flame. It was incredible to see so many people gathered at the Tyee Plaza for this once in a life time event. Despite the cold and the light rain, the energy was spectacular.
Taku Resort and Marina The Quadra Community garden had a work party today and opened up another 20 plots on land donated by Taku. The garden is now almost an acre in size. Last year we saw lots of beautiful veg and one giant pumpkin. We can't wait to see what grows next spring.
