1. Chili for a cause. We're selling votes! Purchase tickets for $1 each with all proceeds going to the People's Choice Award winner's favorite charity. Check or cash accepted.

2. Wear a costume. Bring out the kid in yo...u and have some fun. You could win a cool prize and be featured on a Transylvanian billboard.

3. Earn braggin' rights. If you want to compete, bring your best-tasting chili to the office by 11 a.m.

Annual Salter>Mitchell Chili Cook-off
Friday, October 30th from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

This year we have Celebrity Judges – Bob Gardordi from the
Tallahassee Democrat and Josh Butler, executive chef at the Governor’s Mansion. We also have the “People’s Choice” category where our guests
will determine the ...winner. This year, we’re asking guests to purchase tickets
for $1 to submit their “People’s Choice” votes and the winner of this category
will donate proceeds from all of the ticket sales to the charity of their
choice.
Bring out the inner kid in you and dress up for the costume
contest. There will be prizes and a special award for all of the chili and
costume winners! Invitations coming soon!

Casting Call for Statewide PSA Video Shoot

Actors needed for a statewide PSA being shot in Tallahassee on Monday, October 5th. Casting will take place this Saturday, October 3rd from noon–6 p.m. at Salter>Mitchell. Seeking diversity and speaking talent.

We are casting actors with the following looks:
-Toddler, ag...e 2 ½ - 4
-Young boy or girl, age 6 or 7
-Young man or woman, age 20-23
-Woman, in her 30s (plays a day care worker)
-Man, between the ages of 40-50 (plays a doctor)
