Tammy Baldwin Earlier this week, I joined with my colleagues, Congressman Jerold Nadler of NY and Congressman Jared Polis of CO, to introduce the Respect for Marriage Act. This legislation would repeal DOMA, a 1996 law which discriminates against lawfully married same-sex couples.

Capping the employer tax break will definitely make me part of the 15% uninsured. Please help the 15% uninsured but in ways that it will NOT affect the remaining 85%. Also I work in a business called eflexgroup.com that helps families with their out of pocket medical expenses and the Senate Finance Committee would like to end those deductions thus putting us out of business. Having these pre-tax deductions not only helps millions of Americans cover the portions
