I did the math this morning, and I am so very happy to once again report that our 2007-08 season was once again ... you guessed it:Best. Season. Ever.Our final mainstage attendance figures for the 2007-08 season were 14% higher than they were for 2006-07.

I guess we are in a way, we just closed a very successful run of Embedded yesterday with another sold-out house (as was Sat. before it), and now we'll be opening David Harrower's powerful, gripping 2007 Olivier Award winner (Best New Play) Blackbird on Sept. 11.

It's to be decided whether we go out with a bang or with a bit of a whimper.Theater is a funny business. Ok, so maybe all business is funny, but this is the one I know and I think it's funny.
