Louise New Moon in Cancer opposition Pluto signals a month of challenges with regard to our personal habits, family and security needs. This could have to do with money, food – whatever feeds and nurtures us. Of note here is - at the exact time of this aspect - the President signed the bill placing cigarette regulation under the FDA. Cig cartons will now be required to loudly say: this kills and the FDA can adjust amount of nicotine and other ingredients. People may consider adjusting their smoking habits to get a jump on the new restrictions. This is never easy. There can be power struggles in relationships. (Following on the emotional storms of last Friday.)
