I've got some good news, and some bad news. Bad news: Extract class is full. Good news: we've got another intro class planned for October 2nd. Want to come to class? You've got another chance.
One more thing. The store will be open on Monday normal hours(10am-5pm) If you're brewing and need anything, we'll be there.

Southern Brewing & Winemaking Basic Brewing Class is scheduled! Sat. September 11, 9AM. This class will cover your first brew day, extract brewing, sanitation, racking and bottling. Southern Brewing & Winemaking Thanks to everyone for putting on such a great event at the St Pete Craft Beer Expo. We poured 30 gallons of beer in just over 2.5 hours and had a blast. Next time...more cookies, more stout. Thanks to the HAMS for sharing space with us and thanks to Jim for all his hard work. I leave you with a picture of the fearless Southern Brewing tap-men.
