Watercress, purple potato, radish, champagne vinaigrette
Pan-seared tofu medallions
Purple sticky rice cake, green papaya salad, Thai green curry sauce
Panko-crusted seitan schnitzel
Herbed spaetzle, smoked celery root puree, parsley coulis
Traditional carrot cake, non-traditional garnishes
