thankx for my tax refund from UK..but i still have questions about how much you sent me. From tax office you have recevied my refund and your fees is 11% and bank transfer on my bank account 14 £. I dont know how much is levy..and i payed 62 or 63 £ upfront..and i recevied not enough in € from you after ...all fees known from your web page..thats all

When you're told a process takes only 8 to 12 weeks you don't expect to be still waiting after your forms were sent to the UK tax office almost 5 months ago. Tax Office confirmed refund for the 1 year a month and a half ago but taxback cant get confirmation of this in this time and make no effort to chase up the matter... and deal with an already very late refund.
Any complaints made about this taking forever appear in the online taxtracker as customer "asked for update". I COMPLAINED about things taking so dam long. Their updates are "we expect your refund soon", the first of these was 2 and a half months ago.
Although looking at the posts below I would expect there are a number of people in my situation. Good luck to them.Read More
