Start your weekend off right with a 15+ paced Team Velocity Cycling Training Ride. This will be of a slower pace for thoes who have been off the bike for a while. Cecil Anderson and who ever else wants to be, will be the road captian for this ride. NO ONE GETS DROPPED. We start as a team we finish as a team.
The route w...ill have some challangeing hills, have 2 full water bottles and some cash (or card) for pit stops.

Join us for the second running of the Crystal City Twilighter 5K on Saturday, July 25 at 8:00pm. The Crystal City Twilighter, held in downtown Crystal City, Arlington, is the area’s premier twilight event with a flat course, great runner premiums and perks, and a fabulous after party.
Team Velocity Thank you for everyone that came out on Sunday to the Run Amuck on Quantico Marine Corps Base. There was a very good turn out of participants at the race. Team Velocity was able to put 3 runners in the top ten; William Mikolajczak placed 1st overall run
