As many of you know, TechSoup recently experienced an unplanned service outage from Thursday morning, August 28 – Friday evening, August 29. The problem was a hardware connectivity issue at the facility that hosts TechSoup's Web servers.

This is a great group! I love to see nonprofits embracing technology to help better manage the work they do. I agree nonprofits should use technology the same ways for-profits use them to be more productive and efficient. I would like to know what types of software people are using to manage their donor/fundraising and volunteer data
