Tennessee Parks and Greenways Foundation Join the cause. We are campaigning to Forever Green Tennessee! All land conservation funding in Tennessee is at risk. $20 million per year has saved the most wonderful Tennessee treasures -- our legislators will take it for the State's general fund unless they know we care.

Tennessee Parks and Greenways Foundation Contact Governor Bredesen, if you love our parks and State's natural beauty. This page's picture is Millikan's Overlook/Buzzard's Roost at Fall Creek Falls -- a bluff visible from here was the backdrop for "Beautiful Tennessee" that aired last night on PBS in Nashville. It's for sale. The Funds to protect this view w...ere diverted to other uses last year but are scheduled to return to designated conservation use in June 2010. Let the Governor know this week that we need to "Restore the Tennessee Real Estate Transfer Funds" for conservation. Here's the link.
