Next up, we have an exclusive treat for y'all who want to get your weekend started early: SILA, playing his first-ever DJ set, ex...clusively for the Terenga massive!
You may know Sila as the lead singer of the SF staple Sila and the Afro-Funk Experience (recent winners of the SF Weekly Music Award for Best International Act) - but on this night, Sila will dig deep into his personal record collection, hand-selecting a special blend of his personal favorite tunes to shake your soul and raise your hands to the roof of Little Baobab.

After a mind-blowing show from Tinker and Kid Kameleon last week, we are incredibly stoked to have one of the Bay Area's hottest dubstep artists rolling into Little Baobab this Thursday - RASTATRONICS!
Oakland based DJ, promoter, and producer Rastatronics has been on the decks since 1998 spinning an eclectic mix of unde...rground electronic music and reggae influenced tracks, that gives his sets an exciting and singular sound. He has become focused on pushing the dubstep style as a founding member of the Subwize DJ collective and through his partnership with Bay Area event promoters Raindance and MalLabel Music.
Rastatronics has been on the same bill with acts such as Diplo, Rusko, Skream, Benga, Distance, DZ, MRK1, Bassnectar, Propa Tingz, Djunya, Eskmo, Matty G, Babylon System, Antiserum and STS9. He has recently begun producing and remixing, with his collaboration with Canadian producer DZ on a remix of Pink Floyd's seminal "Comfortably Numb" receiving international attention.
Expect a heavy set full of exclusive dubs and original tunes at this very special edition of Global Bass Sessions!

Join the Slayer's Club, TRBL and Fringe on the Janky Barge at Lovevolution! Slayer's Club will be djing down Market St (dodging power lines, literally). Yeee!!!
If you want to come party with us down the parade route, meetup by 12pm at the float staging area (2nd & Howard). You are highly encouraged to rock the Janky co...lors: dark brown and copper. Or bring a brown article of clothing that you wouldn't mind getting copper spray paint on.
Once the Barge reaches Civic Center, we will be located directly in front of City Hall (between the main stage and Supperclub float). A map of the event and picture of the Janky Barge are attached below.

Man, I am still reeling from the good vibes Forest Green threw down on the dancefloor last night! That was some kind of magic, to be sure.
Next up, we have a pair of prophetic beatsmiths from the future, bringing you all things that go SNAP CRACKLE BLAP! It's none other than Kid Kameleon and Tinker, y'all.
Kid Kameleon [...Surya Dub, XLR8R, GAFFTA] has been in the game for quite some time now, working under the tutelage of DJ Shadow in NYC before making the westward move. As one of the tastemakers at XLR8R magazine, the Kid has access to the freshest of fresh cuts across the board, from deep dub to bounce and the biggest 4-to-the-floor bangers.
Tinker [false profit, ghettobox sf] has been producing original beats out of San Francisco since 2003. Using Ableton Live and recording and transforming original sound samples from her travels, her sound is beat driven, down to mid-tempo, experimental, glitchy, melodic, and above all tinkery!
