Spectators are to park in the visitor parking area and are limited to the paddock, concession stand, and the VIP stands. Ford Motor Company created the Special Vehicle Team (SVT) in 1991, when some senior Ford managers recognized the corporate advantages of capitalizing on niche vehicle market opportunities. The Driver’s Edge has been organizing high profile, high-performance driving events throughout Texas since 1995. Events attract a diverse group of participants, who drive in run sessions with similar drivers and vehicles. Novice drivers new to track events have experienced instructors in the passenger seat to maximize ...their on track learning experience. Seasoned veterans, seeking the ultimate lapping or practice session, will be on track with others sharing similar goals.
