Thai Iced TeaIngredients: 2 to 3 tablespoons Thai Tea (per serving) Boiling water (about 6 ounces per serving) Sugar to taste (I use Stevia instead) Half-and-Half
Place the tea in a tea sock or some other very fine filter that will contain the tea. I boil the tea in the water until it is a very dark color, anywhere from 30 to 60 minute...s. Then cool the tea. You can pour it in a pitcher and store in the fridge for up to a week.
I use about 1/2 t. of Stevia for 4 Qt. But you can use sugar to taste instead.
When ready to serve, fill the glass about 3/4 full of tea and add half and half about the rest of the way.
