The 4th Bin NEWS: Parsons The New School for Design collaborates with The 4th Bin: Aki Ishida has tasked interior design students with designing a 4th Bin New York City pop-up store. As both a drop-off point for e-waste and a retail store for inexpensive refurbished equipment, "the project asks the designers to reexamine their so...cial role... to encourage more people to e-cycle... and [bring] e-waste awareness through their design, " Ishida said.
