Nicole Deans Parker This was just given to be today and I think I might frame it . 1) You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the weathy out of Prosperity . 2) What one person receives without working , another person must work without receiving . 3) The government canot give to anybody anything that it does not take from somebody else.

Nicole Deans Parker 4) When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is go to take care of them ... then the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for. That , my dear friend , is the beginning of the end of any nation. YOU CANNOT MULTIPLY WEALTH BY DIVDING IT.

Will start writing and phoning my two Senators from Maryland. It is most likely that any opposition I have to the Health Care and Cap in Trade proposed by the Democrats will fall on deaf ears. The two Senators here are favor of both so I can only hope to find candidates who will have a real chance to unseat them both. ...Hopefully will try and get a small dinner gathering planned in Calvet County the end of January to start preparing for the next elections. Hope to see some interest.Read More

We the People are allowing political party extremes and religious dogma polarize America. Is there any way to stop the vicious cycle and find a way to united as We the People? If we could find a way to unite people on all these issues, then there would be no choice for political parties and special interests. We t...he people would speak with the vote. I'm just afraid of where we are all going with the polarization on EVERY issue.Read More

I am hearing that next Tuesday 10/13/2009, the Senate Finance committee will be voting on the proposed health care legislation. Although it may just fall on deaf ears, it is important that a call be placed to the committee and each member of the committee be called, especially if you feel as I do that this legislation ...in not wanted by the American people, and that it will do more harm than good for our country. Keep the government out of our health care!!!!Read More
