The ARC of South Texas We had a great meeting today. We are planning a training for January 30 regarding Micro Boards. All parents with children with disabilities will benefit from this training. I will post more details as they become available.
The ARC of South Texas Exciting things are happening! We are having our next meeting Dec.8 at 10:00 am at Rodrigo Garza's office.
The ARC of South Texas We are planning a Christmas dance on Dec. 18 along with MASH. We need volunteers, a band or DJ and small Christmas presents for the boy and girls. Anthony is easy,oil paints or fishing stuff. T shirts or toys would be great for the other kids. Most are adults, we have a few young ones. Of course monetary donation are w...elcome too. The ARC of South Texas Our trip to Austin was a success! I attended my first Board meeting that was informative and productive, Our chapter will be bringing experts down for trainings in the future. Stay tuned. Thanks for all the prayers for our trip. God bless all of you and our new chapter.

The ARC of South Texas The day has arrived! We are going to see "walking with Dinosaurs" at the Dodge Arena with more than 200 other members of The Arc of South Texas! Thanks Maria.
The ARC of South Texas Change of plans.... we will be going to see dinosaurs on Sunday, with 215 members!The arena could not accommodate all of us on Saturday so it was changed to Sunday. Yeah Maria!
