Kris We worked with Heidi in 2005. She had to find our car at the factory because one didn't exist with the specs we were after. She found us the best price and exactly the features we wanted. Here we are 4.5 years later, still loving our little CRV. She really is "amazing!"

John Guest Just arrived in the US, We had to get a car for myself and my wife. Went first to a car showroom and after that experience, I have to say how do people buy cars in America. Just bought my second new car with heidi, and if she's still working when i come to buy my third i will be returning again. She made the process very quick and easy, and i ended up with a price that was below anything i had managed to negotiate myself. i am very happy with my new car and am especially pleased that she ...even noticed a small defect that i myself would likely have missed and followed up with the dealer on the detail even after i had bought the car / paid the fee (when techincally she didn't need to do anything further). I'm the kind of guy who always shops around to make sure I get the best deal. At first when I heard about Heidi's service, I was a bit skeptical. So I went down to a dealer and played the negotiation game. I played that game several times in the past so I thought I was a "seasoned" negotiator. After half a day of b...rutal exchange with the dealer, they quoted me a "final" price which I didn't accept and they "allowed" me to walk out (really rare in my view). I then called up Heidi and asked about the same make, color and options, she was able to quote a rate that was several hundred bucks lower than what the dealer's final quote, even with her fees included. For me, half a day was wasted with the dealer but it did give me the assurance of Heidi's service. Palle Petersen Being new to the States and somewhat out of my depth about the US used car market, Heidi was a brillant help in giving me peace of mind that I was getting a great car for money.
