The American Saddlebred Museum

The American Saddlebred Museum Would you like to take part in promoting the Saddlebred during the World Equestrian Games? The Museum could use your services anytime during their run, September 25 – October 10, 2010. The world will be coming through our doors and the opportunity to assist exists in many areas.

The layout of the venue puts the Americ...an Saddlebred Museum in a most fortunate position – every visitor to the games will go past our building. A figure of 600,000 attendees is estimated for the 15 day span of the games. Though not all of them will visit us, we realistically expect that 150,000 people or more could come though our facility during the two week period. That breaks down to some 10,000 or more per day!

If you love the Saddlebred and enjoy visiting with people, the Museum would welcome your help. If you speak a foreign language, so much the better! If you have ever worked in retail, the Gift Shop could certainly take advantage of your skills. Even if you don’t have retail experience, there will be many ways to help in the Shop.

If you would like to be a part of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, please contact the museum at 859-259-2746 or museum@asbmuseum.org.

My first show horse, Respond is on the walk in front. Awsome horse! Foaled in 1960 by Mr. Butterfly by Stonewall King out of a Stonewall King mare. Sigh.
