The Anywhere, Anytime Chill Guide I'll be signing books and leading the crowd in a few of the stress release techniques in the book. Broad Street Books is the campus bookstore for Wesleyan--if you know any students, tell them to stop by and learn some ways they can keep it together during winter exams.

Just got back from Boston where I appeared on the regional news network NECN. I got stuck in traffic and was 20 minutes late for my spot--a harrowing experience that was a great opportunity to practice some of the remedies in the book. They really helped transform that cooped up, about to jump out of your skin feeling ...into a more accepting, relaxed state. Check it out:
