Last night was the November opening reception for City Art Gallery, where I am showing. I had my camera, but forgot to take pictures. It was a nice sized crowd, and interesting to see new art from many artists...

Last night Giorgio Landa hosted a grand opening for his show, bioluminescence--the production and emission of light by a living organism. We saw over 25 of his new oil paintings. Great to see you Giorgio, and congratulations...

This triptych was created on a recycled traffic barrier. It glows when flash hits it--Here, without flash.The original surface of the board was rough, because the reflectorized coating was scraped and peeling. It took five coats of thick resin to encase it all...
