The BBQ Specialist Knowing that we would be having nothing but turkey for a while, we thought we would make a great T-bone. This one is smothered with Jimbo's Original Rub. It was sweet with an after thought of some heat. A Rub that I will use agian. It is made right here in Maine by Jimbo himself. With the T-bone we had a wonderful... homemade cesar salad with grilled garlic bread that had a bit of the smokiness from the humphrey lump. Yum!

The BBQ Specialist I have got to say that I really liked Richards hot BBQ sauce. It was perfect for the meatloaf. Last night we used the leftover meatloaf, sliced it 1/4" thick and made a grilled cheese and meatloaf sandwich with it. YUMMMY!

The BBQ Specialist While at the Boston Christmas Festival this past weekend with picked up some of Vermont's Richard BBQ Sauce. It's a family run business and we were impressed with the large bottle for only 5 bucks. It came with a recipe for meatloaf that I am going to try tonight. I'll let you know how it comes out.
