The Black Reel Awards Over the last ten years, images of African-Americans in film have provided inspiration, celebrated heroism and the trumpeted the ability to overcome adversity, in our humble opinion. These 15 films represent the enduring reel images from the first decade of the 21st century.

The Black Reel Awards After watching thousands of undesirable films, we've compiled a list of the absolute worst films of the past decade. The sad thing is that there were several hundred films that could have easily made this list but these are the ones that almost made us give up the business!

The Black Reel Awards predicted that the journey for "Precious" would be a rollercoaster ride, but this is sad and ridiculous. On a personal note since we have relationships with many of the voters of the AAFCA, this type of news, if it is true, is very disappointing.
