Read Morehave water when we need it, and haven't noticed a lack of hot water. The washer/dryers break down sometimes and we need to wait in line to use those that work. I hope my luck holds and your's improves. Thanks for sharing, I wouldn't have thought these problems existed and community members should be aware of these things.

Thanks, Pat. I was reminded that the water issue has actually been 3 times in 3 weeks, as my father-in-law pointed out. If you speak with residents that have lived in this community for years, they will tell you more often than not, just how much it has declined. It used to be very service oriented, community-building, and efficient. Unfortunately, those days seem to be gone. Many residents hope to wait it out like a bad mayor, but many of us have had enough.
