Jerry Kammer I remember driving across Northern Arizona, on the way to Las Vegas, listening to "Rocky Mountain High" on the radio. Lord, can it have been 36 years ago? I also remember that the motel, which wasn't bad, cost $15 a night and steak dinners were $3.25.
