The Congressional Award
Join Phil Ivey for the Congressional Award Fourth Annual Charity Poker Tournament!!! The tournament style will be Texas Hold'em, and play time will last for four hours. Tables will be consolidated to a single table as players are eliminated from the tournament.

The Congressional Award
In 1986, People to People International established the James and Eunice Doty/People to People International /Congressional Award Scholarship Fund in cooperation with the Congressional Award Leadership Commission. At the end of each calendar year, PTPI awards scholarships to four deserving high school students (college... students are not eligible) who have earned the Congressional Award (bronze, silver or gold) that year.
In 2010, the scholarship will underwrite participation in one of several People to People International domestic or international programs. The scholarship includes all program fees, accommodations, meals and airfare. The costs of passports, required visas and personal spending money are not included.
People to People International is an educational, cultural and humanitarian exchange organization founded in 1956 by President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Its purpose is to advance international understanding through the direct exchange of ideas and experiences among people of different countries. For additional information, please visit People to People's website www.ptpi.org.
